Do you do commissions?

Yes, I do! I only do commissions larger than 30” x 36” and within my last three collections. View Commission Information.

Do original works come framed?

All new canvas work will come framed in unfinished maple frames. They will arrive ready to hang in your home. Frames enhance the beauty of any art piece and protects the painting from wear and dust. View Originals.

How long is the shipping process?

Please allow 10 business days for us to carefully wrap and ship your artwork. All work is handled with the utmost care, wrapped by me, and then professionally packed by UPS. The work is always insured by the shipping provider.

Costs for shipping are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and distance. If there are extra shipping charges or refunds, the collector will be invoiced after purchase. You will receive a notification and tracking when your package has been shipped.

If you would like to place an international order, for anywhere outside of Canada + the US, please contact us so we can invoice shipping separately.

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely yes! You are welcome to pick up your artwork from my home studio. If you live In New York, please select local pick-up when checking out. Pick-up is free of charge.

Can I return my order?

At this time all sales are final. However, if the item arrives damaged, please let us as soon as you receive your order.

Will my piece have a certificate of authenticity?

From 2022 onwards, all work will come with a signed certificate of authenticity. If you purchased artwork prior to 2022, the work is still authentic and has a signed back. If you would like an official certificate, please contact me.

Who owns my piece?

Anna Tork retains all rights to all original artwork created and sold on this website. This includes the rights to all images of sold and commissioned paintings by Anna Tork. Anna retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, please put through an order on our site and we will be in touch shortly after with a custom shipping invoice. Please note, all sales are final.
